In order to do this we hold certain personal information such as your name, address, contact telephone numbers and email addresses which you will provide when you register your pet with the practice. These details are required in order to identify you and your pet and also to be able to send you correspondence such as booster reminders or reminders for flea/worm treatment. We also need this information in order to contact you with the results of laboratory tests or to speak to you regarding your pets and their health.
We do not pass any personal information on to third parties for the purpose of marketing.
We will keep your information for as long as you remain registered with us and for a certain period afterwards if you move area or choose to use another practice. We do not use any automated decision making.
All of our staff are trained to maintain client confidentiality and we regularly review our policies and procedures.
