Sarah spent her childhood in Shropshire and attended school in the county before qualifying as a veterinary surgeon from the University of Bristol in 1997. After a spell in mixed practice wrestling with cattle, she moved to Gloucestershire to to widen her veterinary experience and further pursue her interests in small animal medicine and surgery! In 2006 she was given the opportunity to return to her home county when she bought Oakville Veterinary Surgery from the previous owner. Sarah enjoys all aspects of small animal medicine and surgery and has particular interests in both ophthalmology and soft tissue surgery. She is passionate about Oakville and also about providing clients and their pets with high quality veterinary care from a dedicated team that they get to know and trust. Sarah, like all staff at the practice, is a keen animal lover and has acquired a small menagerie at home! Her furry animal members include 1 dog (Ciara), 1 cat (Bill), 2 ponies (Satanta and Snip), 5 sheep (Dolly, Shirley, Barbara, Sparkle and Twinkle Toes) and 1 guinea pigs (Squeak)!
